AI agents · Zurich and remote
AI agents for your team, set up safely and maintained.
I set up AI agents so your team can hand them real work, such as change requests for your website: fixed rules stop dangerous actions, and a task only counts as done once a check confirms it. Everything sits in your accounts, and the monthly care is optional.

- Setup
- from CHF 6,900
- Care
- from CHF 950 per month
- Duration
- 2 weeks to set up
The agents are running. Nobody quite knows what they are allowed to do.
- 01
Everyone on the team uses the agent differently.
Some wrote their own instructions, others start from zero every time. What worked well yesterday is written down nowhere today.
- 02
The agent can do more than you are comfortable with.
It reads files, runs commands and sometimes sees credentials. What stops it from deleting a folder is a polite line in the prompt, not a rule that actually works.
- 03
A few months in, the instructions are out of date.
Models change about once a month, tools gain new features, and nobody owns the job of keeping the setup current.
What you get
- 01Project instructions for your code or documents: what the agent needs to know about your company, your processes and your rules.
- 02Handoff notes, so the agent picks up where it left off on the next task, even when someone else takes over.
- 03Written playbooks (skills) for your team's recurring tasks, which the agent loads when needed.
- 04Guard rules enforced by software. They check every action before it runs and stop credential reads, destructive commands and unvetted installs.
- 05Review agents plus a model from a second vendor that checks every change before it is accepted.
- 06Scheduled unattended runs if you want them, overnight for example.
- 07After that, monthly care: updates when models or connected services change, test runs of the guard rules, clean-up of stale instructions, new playbooks from your team's own work, and 4 hours of change work.

How an agent works with guard rules
An agent handles a change request for a website. A guard rule stops it once, and a script checks the finished page before the ticket is closed. The check decides whether a task is done, not the model.

Setup
AI agents write the instructions, handoff notes, playbooks and guard rules in your accounts. I fit them to your tools and review every one.

Your team works with the setup on real tasks. I check that every guard rule works and adjust what gets in the way.

Care
Updates for new models, test runs of the guard rules and new playbooks, for as long as you want the care.
Whoever sets it up also maintains it
I maintain my own agent setup every week. For you I build the same components, fitted to your tools and your team.
Everything sits in your accounts and belongs to you: instructions, playbooks, guard rules and their tests. Your team can carry on without me at any time.
Care comes with a fixed block of hours, so a small change does not need a new quote.
Because I look after every setup myself, the number of teams is limited. I give you a firm start date in the first call.
Who the maintained setup is for
A fit
- Teams already working with AI agents on code, text or documents, or planning to soon.
- Companies where agents have, or will get, access to code, servers or customer data.
- Teams without a person of their own to maintain the setup week by week.
Not a fit
- You need one automated workflow. That is what the AI automation offer is for.
- Nobody on the team uses AI regularly yet. Then an assessment comes first.
- Agents should change your live systems directly, without review or a log. I do not set that up.
Common questions about AI agents
What does a maintained agent setup cost?
Setup costs from CHF 6,900 and takes two weeks. Care costs from CHF 950 per month and includes 4 hours of change work. Anything beyond that I bill at CHF 160 per hour.
What is an AI agent, exactly?
An AI model that acts on its own: it reads and edits files, runs commands and runs tests. That is why it needs rules about what it may do, and someone who keeps those rules current.
Can the agents reach credentials?
A guard rule checks every action in which the agent reads a file or runs a command, and blocks it when passwords, keys or other credentials are involved. You store the keys yourself, I never need to see them.
Which AI models do you use?
Usually Claude, GPT or Gemini, depending on what your team already uses. The review before a change is deliberately done by a model from a different vendor than the one that wrote it.
Why is there monthly care?
Because models change about once a month and instructions then stop being true. In the care I adjust them, test the guard rules and add new playbooks.
Is the care mandatory?
No. The setup is yours and keeps running without me. Without upkeep it goes stale, though, and after updates nobody checks whether the guard rules still work.
Does this work for teams without developers?
Yes, when the agent works with documents, text or data instead of code. The rules are the same: what it may read, what it must never do, and who checks before the work is done.
What are your agents allowed to do today?
In a free 30-minute first call we go through where your team uses agents and which guard rules are missing. Afterwards you know whether a setup is worth it.
