The part of a relaunch where the most can get lost: old links, content and rankings. I move your website to a new platform with a finished design. Every old URL is recorded and redirected, content and legal pages are ported, images optimized, and the cutover runs to a checklist. The new code is clean, documented and sits in your own repository, with no site-builder lock-in, which makes the next move cheaper too.

Start over without losing anything: every piece of content moved to the new platform with a redirect for each old address, a new consistent design for every page type, and the design system behind it. That makes every later move cheaper.

A whole tool rather than a page: an internal tool, a customer portal with login, a dashboard across several APIs, or an AI-backed web app. The tech stack follows your needs, otherwise I use my default (Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres), with tests and a cost guard on every paid call. I also connect old systems that must not be changed: the new software reads and writes through APIs, exports or a buffer, and the old system stays as it is. One example in use: a marketing and sales cockpit that brings together the CRM, Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and campaign planning. It breaks the 157,080 leads in the CRM down per brand, and the sum matches the full total exactly. First a system design with architecture, data model and a running-cost estimate, then the build in stages.
