AI consulting · Zurich and remote

AI consulting for Swiss SMEs, with a prototype instead of slides.

I sit with your team, find the recurring work, put a number on what it costs, and build a prototype for the most valuable item on your real data. Afterwards you know what pays off and what does not.

Ranked list and prototype

You know AI can help. You just don't know where.

  1. 01

ChatGPT is in use, and nothing has changed.

A few people use it to write text. The processes are the same as two years ago, and nobody has measured where the hours go.

  2. 02

Every proposal starts with the vendor's product.

Whoever sells a tool recommends that tool. Whether it fits your work and pays for itself is left to you.

  3. 03

Nobody knows which data may go where.

Before anyone pastes contracts or customer data into a chat window, you want to know what leaves the company and which provider it ends up with.

What you get

  1. 01Prep call (30 minutes): goals, people involved, access I need.
  2. 02A half-day workshop with your team, on site in the Zurich area or remote. We walk through up to five processes step by step on screen.
  3. 03A map of the recurring work: who does what, how often, and for how long.
  4. 04A ranked list of proposals by hours saved per week, effort and payback in months.
  5. 05For every proposal: which data leaves the company and which provider receives it.
  6. 06A prototype for the top item, built on your real data.
  7. 07A 60-minute results session. The document and the prototype are yours.

What the result looks like

One page, sorted by hours saved. What does not pay off is listed below with the reason. The numbers are an invented example for an accounting firm with eight staff.

Prototype for no. 1 running

    Workshop

    Analysis and prototype

I work out the numbers for each proposal. AI agents build the top one as a working version, and I review and test it.

    Results

You test the prototype, we go through the list, and you decide whether and how to continue.

You work with me directly

No sales team, no hand-off to someone else. I do the analysis, build the prototype and later the system.

I only take on as many projects as I can handle myself, and I give you a firm start date in the first call.

Everything I produce is yours: the document, the prototype, the code and the access. If a system later runs in your accounts, I keep it running if you want.

I use the same methods in my own products: an AI app with Stripe billing, this website with its website check, and an online shop.

Who the assessment is for

A fit

  • Companies with 5 to 100 staff where office work repeats every week.
  • Teams already working in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, a CRM or industry software.
  • Management that wants a number before a budget decision, not a vision.

Not a fit

  • You need an AI strategy deck for the board.
  • A large software project with a public tender is coming up.
  • You already know what to build. Then we go straight to the build.

Common questions about AI consulting

What does your AI consulting cost?

The assessment is a fixed CHF 1,900. If we build within 60 days, I credit the full amount paid to the build. A standalone consulting day costs CHF 1,200.

Does my team need AI skills already?

No. I need people who can show me their work. I handle the technical side.

Do you run AI workshops on site?

Yes. The assessment starts with a half-day AI workshop with your team, on site in the Zurich area and the Zürcher Oberland, otherwise remote. It is a working session on your real processes, not a general AI training.

What happens to our data?

I only work with data you approve. Where the process allows it, I replace names and contact details with placeholders before an AI model sees them. The result states, for each proposal, which data goes to which provider.

Which AI models do you use?

Usually Claude, GPT or Gemini. I choose per task by quality, price and where the data is processed. Current comparisons are on my benchmarks page.

What if AI does not pay off for us?

Then the result says exactly that, with the reasons.

Where does your team lose the most hours?

In a free 30-minute first call we find out whether an assessment is worth it. Name your website when you book, and I will look at it beforehand and bring three concrete improvements.
