AI training · Zurich and remote

AI training for your team, on your own work.

Your team learns to use AI well day to day: which tools fit your work, what they cost per month, which data may go where and how to use current AI agents safely. You practise on tasks from your own business, not on textbook examples.

Team guideline and budget plan

Everyone uses a bit of AI. Nobody knows if it is done right.

  1. 01

    Everyone works differently.

One person writes emails with ChatGPT, another uses nothing, a third has a private subscription. Good ways of working stay with single people.

  2. 02

    Costs grow without a plan.

A subscription here, a licence there, plus tools nobody opens any more. Nobody knows exactly what AI costs your team per month and what it brings.

  3. 03

    Agents sound good, but risky.

AI agents can take over whole tasks. Without rules on what they may do and how to check their work, you are better off without them.

What you get

  1. 01A prep call (30 minutes) and a short team questionnaire: which tools are in use, for what and with which data.
  2. 02Part 1, half a day by video: using AI well day to day. Writing requests with enough context, checking results and knowing which data does not belong in a chat window. Practised on tasks your team brings.
  3. 03Part 2, half a day by video: tools and agents. Which tools fit your work, how AI agents complete whole tasks and which rules and checks they need. With coding agents for developer teams.
  4. 04A budget plan: per-seat licences or usage-based billing, what your team pays per month and which subscriptions can go.
  5. 05A two-page team guideline: which tools apply, which data may go where and how to check results.
  6. 06Templates for your team's recurring tasks, to keep using.
  7. 07A Q&A hour (60 minutes) two to three weeks later, once the first questions from practice come up.

What the team guideline looks like

For each task it says who does it, with which tool and under which rule. What is not allowed is listed below with the reason. The rows are an invented example for an accounting firm with eight staff.

You learn from the person who works this way

I build AI automation and AI agents for clients and run my own agent setup every day. In the training I show what has held up and what has not.

Your work, your budget and where your data may be processed decide which tools fit.

The training runs by video. For larger, longer projects I also come on site to get to know your team in person.

Who the training is for

Fits

  • Teams of 3 to 12 people who already try AI, but without shared rules.
  • Companies that want to know what pays off before a licence decision.
  • Developer teams that want to bring coding agents into their work safely.

Does not fit

  • You want a talk on the future of AI for an event.
  • You need a certificate for the participants.
  • You want one process automated. Then AI automation is the right route.

Frequently asked questions about AI training

What does the AI training cost?

CHF 2,900 fixed price for up to 12 people, with prep call, two half days, guideline, budget plan, templates and Q&A hour. Each additional group costs CHF 1,900.

Does the training take place on site?

No, it runs by video. Everyone works on their own screen on a task of their own, which works well remotely. For larger, longer projects I also come on site.

Which AI tools will we learn?

The ones that fit your work. Usually a chat assistant on a company account, AI in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and, for developers, a coding agent. I also show when a tool does not pay off.

Do participants need prior knowledge?

No. People who already use AI a lot get enough new material in part 2: agents, checks and costs.

What happens to our data in the training?

We practise on tasks your team picks. Personal data is replaced with placeholders first. Which data may go into which tool is set out in the guideline afterwards.

How is this different from the AI assessment?

The assessment finds which processes can be automated and builds a prototype. The training teaches your team to use AI well themselves. The two combine well.

How does your team work with AI today?

In the free first call (30 minutes) we agree who takes part and what the training should achieve.
